Overview: When using scheduling, you may encounter situations where shifts are added on days when a worker has time off. In these cases, it is important to notify Managers and Administrators so that they can take appropriate action.

Enable Overlapping Shift & Time Off Notification

1. You can enable the Multiple Shift Overlap notification from the Settings --> Scheduling page:

2. There are two options to choose from:

  • Do Nothing (No alerts and publishing is allowed)

  • Allow but Notify (An alert will show but publishing is allowed)

3. After you've chosen an option from the dropdown, Save.
