How to Navigate Time on the Schedule

There are a few ways to view and sort time on the Schedule to easily navigate between the days, weeks, and months and arrive at the exact date(s) that you need to schedule, view, publish, unpublish, clear, copy, template, share, or send.

First, to see the Day, Week, and/or Month view, click the corresponding button on the upper right-hand side of the Schedule:

Or, you can click the dropdown next to the central date above the Schedule calendar:

To navigate between months with just a few clicks, either first, make sure you are in Month view or click the name of the month at the top of the calendar selector dropdown here:

Once you are either in Month view or click the name of the month at the top of the calendar selector as pictured above, you will next select the month of the year desired:

You can also navigate year-to-year or even decade-to-decade through the arrows on either side of the calendar selector dropdown:

Finally, at any point, to get back to today's date, simply click the Today button, like so:

Q: How far can I schedule out?

A: We highly recommend never scheduling more than 5 years in the future.

Q: What Is the Schedule Start Day?
A: Within the Scheduling settings, there is an option to set the schedule start day. This option will change your calendar view. Please see this resource for more information.
