Overview: The Time Card Report provides a comprehensive breakdown of detailed employee time card information for a selected pay period including daily punch details and total hours worked.
It includes information such as:
Full Name: | The name of the employee associated with the work hours. |
Pay Period Dates: | The pay period dates associated with the report data. |
Status: | Referring to the current status of the punch. |
In/Out: | Referring to whether the punch is an In or Out. |
Reg: | The total regular hours worked for the day. |
*OT: | The total overtime (OT) hours worked for the day if earned. |
*DBT: | The total double time (DBT) hours worked for the day if earned. |
*PTO: | The total paid time off (PTO) hours used for the day. |
*PTO Type: | The name of the PTO type being used for PTO hours. |
Total: | The combined total of all paid hours for the pay period. |
*Estimated Pay: | The total estimated pay for the pay period. |
*Location: | The Location code linked to the hours worked. |
*Department: | The Department code linked to the hours worked. |
*Position: | The Position code linked to the hours worked. |
*Notes: | Notes associated with the hours worked. |
*These columns will only populate on the Time Card Report under certain
conditions or with certain features or functions enabled.

Run The Time Card Report
1. Start by clicking Reports in the top navigation followed by Time Card Report:
2. Once on the Time Card Report page, you can:
Choose a pay period
Choose an employee
And Export when done:
3. When you Export, the report will be immediately downloaded as a CSV to your downloads folder:
