Overview: The Time Card Report provides a comprehensive breakdown of detailed employee time card information for a selected pay period, including daily punch details and total hours worked. You can run the report for a single employee, for several, or for everyone on the account at once.

ZIP (when more than one employee is selected)
Instructions:
Run The Time Card Report
1. Start by clicking Reports --> Time Card Report:
2. Once on the Time Card Report page, choose a Pay Period, then open the Employee(s) dropdown to choose who to include. You can:
Check one or more employees individually
Use Search to find an employee by name
Click Select all to include everyone, or Deselect all to start over
3. Click Export when you are done:
4. Your time cards download immediately to your downloads folder. What you get depends on how many employees you selected:
One employee — a single CSV, named First_Last_TimeCard_Year-Month-Day.csv (for example, Ashley_Davis_TimeCard_2026-07-31.csv)
More than one employee — a single ZIP file, named TimeCards_Year-Month-Day.zip, containing one CSV per employee named the same way
Note: The date in the file name is the last day of the pay period you ran, not the day you downloaded the file.
5. You can also download the Time Card Report directly from an employee's time card by choosing the Export button in the top right-hand corner:

Q: Why don't I see estimated pay on the report?
