If you need a detailed record over a custom period you can use the In/Out Activity Report. Go to Reports --> In/Out Activity. You can filter by:
- Employee
- Department
- Location
- Position (when scheduling is enabled)
- Time Off
When you run the report you can export it to CSV, Excel, PDF or you can also Print the report. Here is an example:
