If you need a detailed record over a custom period you can use the Hours Report By Report. You will want to go to Reports --> Hours Report By and then select which option you'd like to group your report by. Your options are:
- Position (If scheduling is enabled)
Once on the report page you will have additional filtering options which include the ability to select specific departments, locations, positions or employees as well as the ability to enter a custom date range.
When you run the report you can export it to CSV, Excel, PDF or you can also Print the report. Here is an example:
You also have the option to click on an employee's name or a department/location/position (which will be highlighted blue), and you'll be taken to the In/Out Activity report for the date range you've chosen as well as the employee and department/location/position. The In/Out Activity report will provide you more specifics about the department/location/position or employee you've clicked on.
