Overview: The Absence Report allows you to determine when an employee has missed a scheduled shift.
Important: The Scheduling feature is required to access this report.
Export options include:

Excel
PDF
Print
Instructions:
Run the Absence Report
1. Start by clicking Reports in the top navigation followed by Scheduling --> Absence:
2. From there you can:
Select Employees
Choose Location, Department, or Position Codes (if available)
Specify the Start/End Date
And Submit once done:
3. After data has populated, you can click a header to change the sorting of the report:
4. When ready, you can then export via CSV, Excel, PDF, or Print the report:

FAQ
Q: Why don't I see the Absence report?
A: If you're not seeing the Absence report then you don't have scheduling enabled. This can be enabled by going to Settings --> Scheduling.
