Overview: The Daily Hours Report provides a clear breakdown of the total hours employees worked each day within the selected timeframe.
It includes information such as:
First Name: | First name of employee associated with the recorded hours. |
Last Name: | Last name of employee associated with the recorded hours. |
*Employee ID: | The unique ID associated with the employee in the report. |
Date: | The punch day and date. (I.e. Monday, 11/11/21) |
*Location: | The Location code linked to the hours worked. |
*Department: | The Department code linked to the hours worked. |
*Position: | The Position code linked to the hours worked. |
*Status: | Referring to an edited punch status like Pending Approval. |
*Time Card Status: | Included if using time card approvals. |
Reg: | The total regular hours worked for the day. |
*OT: | The total overtime (OT) hours worked for the day if earned. |
*DBT: | The total double time (DBT) hours worked for the day if earned. |
*PTO: | The total paid time off (PTO) hours used for the day. |
Total: | The combined total of all paid hours for the day. |
*Estimated Pay: | The total estimated pay for the day based on the pay rate set. |
*These columns will only populate on the Daily Hours Report under certain
conditions or with certain features or functions enabled.

How to Run the Daily Hours Report
Run The Daily Hours Report
1. Start by clicking Reports in the top navigation followed by Daily Hours:
2. From there you can:
Select Employees
Filter by Location, Department, or Position Codes
Specify the Start/End Date
Split hours by code
And Submit once done:
3. You can click a header to change the sorting of the report before exporting:
4. When ready, you can then export via CSV, Excel, PDF, or Print the report:
