Overview: Administrators can view the IP address an employee used to track their time on the Buddy Punch website. This information is not currently available in the mobile app.

Instructions:

View the IP Address Used

Create an IP Address Lock

1. To view the device used to track time, start by clicking Time Cards in the top navigation:

2. Choose a pay period from the dropdown and then click View next to an employee's name to access their timecard.

3. Once on their time card, you can reference the IP Address column:

If you want to ensure that your employees can only punch in/out from specific IP addresses, you can create an IP Address Lock as outlined here.
