FAQ

Q: Why can't I see my deactivated locations/departments/positions in the drop down when I run reports?

A: Once a location/department/position has been deactivated, it is no longer available to select for reporting. If you need to run a report on a code that is currently deactivated, you'll need to reactivate it temporarily using the steps above.
