If you would like your employees' names to show up a certain way on the schedule, you can easily sort them. Just click the employee's name you want to move, drag it and drop! 

The way the schedule is sorted is based on the machine you're using, so as long as you're using the same computer to view the schedule, the sort will be remembered. If you use a different computer, you will need to re-do the sorting process.
