Overview: When creating schedules, it's based on the time zone of the user creating the schedule. Administrators who are creating schedules can either change their time zone to match the employees they're scheduling or simply schedule the shifts in their time. When employees view the schedule from their end, it will show in their time zone.

1. To update your time zone to match the time zone of the employee's you're scheduling, start by clicking your name in the top right-hand corner followed by My Profile:
