If you need to edit an employees Time Off, you can do this one of two ways. The first would be by using the Time Off Calendar which can be found by selecting time cards in the top navigation followed by Time Off Calendar:

Once in the calendar, you can filter by employee or Time Off status. You can also adjust your view to show the monthly calendar or a list instead.

To edit Time Off, simply click the Time Off in the calendar.

You will be able to update the Time Off Type if needed, adjust the hours and add in notes. After you're done, click save and the Time Off will be updated.

You can also update an employees Time Off directly from their time card by selecting the "Edit" option.
