Scheduling Absence Report

An overview of the absence report and how to use it.

Overview: The Absence Report allows you to determine when an employee has missed a scheduled shift.

Important! The Scheduling feature is required to access this report.

Export options include:

  • CSV

  • Excel

  • PDF

  • Print

Instructions:


Run the Absence Report

1. Start by clicking Reports in the top navigation, followed by Scheduling --> Absence:

2. From there, you can:

  • Select Employees

  • Choose Location, Department, or Position Codes (if available)

  • Specify the Start/End Date

And Submit once done:

3. After the data has populated, you can click a header to change the sorting of the report:

4. When ready, you can then export via CSV, Excel, PDF, or Print the report:

FAQ

Q: Why don't I see the Absence report?

A: The Scheduling feature is required to access this report. If you're not seeing scheduling, it may not be enabled from the Settings --> Scheduling page or may not be part of your plan. You can confirm your plan from the Settings --> Billing page.
