Overview: Understanding how Buddy Punch charges for new users is important for managing your subscription effectively. This article will explain how billing works for both annual and monthly plans, ensuring you're aware of how adding or deactivating users impacts your charges.
Instructions:
Monthly Plan Overview
Initial Charge and User Slots:
What you're initially charged for the monthly plan is based on the number of active users (managers and employees) at the start of the plan. For example, if you begin with 5 active users, you will have 5 user slots for the entire month.
Managing Users:
You can deactivate a user and add a new one in their place without additional cost. However, no refunds or credits are given if the user count drops below the initial number.
Adding Extra Users:
Adding users beyond the initial count incurs a monthly prorated cost for those new users, with charges added to the following month's bill.
Monthly Price Update:
Each month, your new monthly plan price will be updated based on the number of active employees on your account.
Important: It's recommended to regularly review your active user count to ensure you are aware of how it impacts your billing.
